~ All treatment durations are approximate. We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to fill out a health questionnaire.

~ Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment, as we end each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed.

~ If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, so that we have sufficient time to fill the spot, and to avoid a cancellation fee.

~ Please keep your cell phones off and voices low so everyone can enjoy their day spa experience to the fullest.

~ Spa services are limited to persons 16 years of age and over, unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents are requested to make childcare arrangements prior to visiting the Spa.

~ It is advised that no alcohol or tobacco should be consumed 60 minutes before your treatment.

~ If you would like to book a bridal party or birthday party for a group, please call well ahead of time to ensure space is available. A deposit is required for this service.

~ There is a $15.00 charge for non-sufficient funds cheques.

~ We accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. HST and gratuities are not included in the prices, and prices may change without notice.
